Configure Wallets
From the menu, when clicking on Wallets, you will see the next screen, from which you will be able to choose the currency for your new wallet. Choose one option by clicking “Create wallet” on its right. This will lead you to trusted wallet websites from where you can create a wallet.
If you already have a wallet and you just want to add it, paste your wallet address in the correspondent field. You will then have to choose if you enable or disable the wallets for which you chose to enter the address.
The input fields for the wallet addresses have validations so, if an address is refused, you should make sure that it was typed correctly and without spacing. If your address is still refused, you should contact Support.
The address you’re entering at this point will also need to be confirmed through a code that is sent to the email address you have provided.
How to create your first wallet
The first step you will have to take is to decide on the coin you want in your wallet, choose it from the list presented by the platform and click on the “Create wallet” button. It will automatically (?!) generate a wallet address, which you should save in a secure place. Once created, the wallet will be enabled automatically (?!), as long as you have the “All enabled” option checked. To complete this step, you will have to press “Save” once you’ve finished creating your wallet/s.
If you can’t find the coin you want, click on Help for more details or create a ticket with our Support team.
How to add your wallet
If you already have a wallet in one of the coins displayed and accepted by the platform, you can copy your wallet address and paste it in the correspondent field and Save the changes you’ve made. Check really carefully that the address you paste is correct and it doesn’t have any extra spaces included. This field has validations, so the platform will announce you if the address is incorrect.
How to change your wallet
To change a wallet, you need to paste the new address wallet in the input box. When you press Save, a pop-up will ask you to confirm this change by inserting the security code that was send to your email address. Once you confirm the code, your new wallet address is now used by the TokenPay merchant service and all the future payments will be send to the new address.
How to disable wallets
Once a wallet has been configured, you will have two options for the wallet status: enabled and disabled. As a newly configured wallet is automatically enabled, if you want to stop using that certain wallet, you can disable it by checking the toggle correspondent to that certain wallet. To make the updates final, save your changes before moving to another screen.
