Our platform doesn’t allow direct refund or adjustments. As we send the funds directly to you when we receive them, we only keep them for a few seconds and we don’t take custody of them. But to keep your data consolidated in one place and clean, we introduced the Refund and Adjustment options.
These actions are done by you manually when a client makes a request. To access a transaction in the platform, you should visit the Orders section.
Here, you should click on the 3 dots correspondent to the order, which will open the menu with adjustment and refund. Complete the details of the refund or adjustment and click the “Add” button.
