Where to find a certain transaction
Pending
Transactions move through different statuses and phases till it reaches it's final status.
All the transactions start as Pending. This tab will group the following statues:
- new
- unconfirmed - the transaction is detected in the mempool
- confirming - contains confirmations till n - where n is the limit that was set for every blockchain until the funds arrive securely in our wallets
Number of confirmations
The service will consider a transaction completed after it has a minimum number of confirmations, usually 10.
Unresolved
After a transaction receives it's specific number of confirmations you will find it either in the Completed tab or Unresolved
The system will check if received value is equal to the expected value. If it finds a difference a transaction will receive either Underpaid or Overpaid status.
This statuses together with Expired and Cancelled are grouped in the Unresolved tab.
A transaction is considered completed if a certain number of confirmations has passed and if the value received from a customer is the value you expect.
