The first in checkout is to complete your e-mail address. It is not a mandatory step but we encourage you to complete this field. This will be used by our service to send you e-mails regarding the status of your payment and announce you if a transaction has any issues. In this step you must choose the crypto-currency with which you wan to make the payment. Be sure you have the required funds for your purchase before selecting as you can't get back to this step once an option was chosen. | ![]() |
Step 2 - disabled | |
If in this step you can't select a crypto-currency and you see a message that says "This merchant has disabled his wallets" it means that respective merchant is no longer accepting crypto payments. You can contact him directly and find out when he will activate payments again. | ![]() |
Step 3 | |
This is the final step of your payment. You can scan the qr code with a mobile wallet or copy the address and pasted in your preferred wallet. We also recommend to copy the value on top of the box near Pay so you can be sure that you will send the right amount. | ![]() |
Payment Successful | |
When a payment was successful you will reach a screen that will confirm the payment. | ![]() |
Expired | |
After 90 minutes the timer will reach 0 and the checkout is considered expired. You have the option to restart the payment process by pressing Back to Checkout. If you made your payment and while we were waiting for the confirmations from the blockchain this screen appears you can contact the merchant directly with your Tx Hash who can check the payment for you and consider the payment successful. | ![]() |
Overpaid | |
This status will appear in your checkout if the amount you send is higher then what the merchant was charging for a product. When you see this you need to contact the merchant for an adjustment. TokenPay Merchant doesn't keep the crypto currency you pay with. That amount is directly send to the merchant. If you have any issues contact the merchant. You should see his contact details if you paid too much. . | ![]() |
Underpaid | |
This status will appear in your checkout if the amount you send is smaller then what the merchant was charging for a product. When you see this you need to pay the difference showed in the checkout. | ![]() |
